My research focuses on building 3D perception and understanding systems for surgical scenarios, capable of handling dynamic tissue, strong reflections, blood occlusion, smoke interference, and complex lighting conditions.
- 3D Surgical Scene Analysis: NeRF/3DGS-based reconstruction and rendering for endoscopic surgery
- Multimodal Medical AI: Attention-based physiological signal processing (PPG, ECG)
- AI Agent Systems: LLM-powered frameworks, RAG, and tool-calling architectures
- Spatial Omics: Computational methods for spatial transcriptomics
